• Michigan Renewable Schools Program – USGBC WM and Detroit Regional Chapter have been invited to sit at the stakeholder’s table and attended our first meeting last week

• We have been accepted to present at the fall conferences for MASB and MASA.

• Planning and discussions are underway to organize a Michigan Green School Summit in the fall

• We exhibited at the Michigan Governor’s Education Summit in April and made some good connections.  We also exhibited at the Michigan Green Jobs Conference on May 11th with good results.  

• Outreach – how to we engage our schools and how do we capture the data from our schools in west Michigan that have implemented green/LEED standards.
