Dave has a BS in Construction Management from Ferris State University, 1992.
He has been employed with CSM Group since May 1992,holding various roles such as Site Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director and he is currently their Estimating Director.

He has been a LEED AP since May 2008 and a Member of West Michigan USGBC Chapter where he participated on the Regional Credit committee for LEED 2009 update, local chapter.

His project experience includes 7 projects (2 certified, 4 post-construction, 1 pre-construction phase).

Other active affiliations include being a board member for West Michigan ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators) and a Regional Commissioner for Allegan AYSO youth soccer organization.

He has been married for 18 years (and no not to his job). He has two kids: Jessica 15, and Andrew 11. Dave lives in Allegan, and is a former Yooper!
