Across North America, 2030 Districts® are forming to meet the energy, water and vehicle emissions reduction targets for existing buildings and new construction called for by Architecture 2030 in the 2030 challenge for planning.

The Grand Rapids 2030 District is a groundbreaking, private sector led, high-performance building district in downtown Grand Rapids. Building on the established private and public sector leadership in Grand Rapids around sustainability, the district works to facilitate collaboration towards creating efficient buildings and a thriving downtown.

If you have enrolled in the Grand Rapids 2030 District and are ready to share your EnergyStar Portfolio Manager account you may do that by connecting with Grand Rapids 2030 District.

Remember that you must set the GR2030 district up as a contact before Portfolio Manager will allow you to share.  EnergyStar Portfolio Manager does not send an email letting us know that you have requested a connection so it may take a few days before we see it.  To speed this process, you can send us an email to let us know that you have requested the connection.  Once we accept the connect, you can share your account.
