U.S. Green Building Council - West Michigan Chapter is hosting the largest tour of LEED-certified buildings in the world on September 10 and 11, 2010. With over 120 LEED-certified buildings in West Michigan, we have the perfect opportunity to prove the benefits and showcase green building design as a region. Over 40 building owners have agreed to showcase their buildings and provide post-occupancy research data to tour guests.

To commemorate the tour and create a meaningful legacy, the Chapter is publishing a full-color, coffee-table quality book of case studies of LEED-certified buildings in West Michigan. It will include an Overview of Sustainability in the West Michigan region and Case Studies of each of the segments on the tour: commercial, education, health care, homes, non-profit, and office.
