The Hyatt Place Grand Rapids South is pleased to offer 113 beautifully appointed guestrooms, built with both the guest and the environment in mind. This is the first LEED Certified Hyatt Place Hotel in the nation. The hotel promotes the practice of conservation and recycling procedures throughout its daily operations. The owners are extremely pleased to have constructed this new building in the Grand Rapids community to assist the daily efforts of being green and working towards a more sustainable future.
