This U.S. Green Building Council LEED certified office is home to the 150+ employees of The Campbell Group.  It is also a three-dimensional illustration of their dedication to provide clients with current technologies and resources through innovation and service.  The sleek, contemporary structure showcases Campbell’s open and modern approach to business by replacing the traditional private office hierarchy with a fresh, open office design that supports effective communication and robust team work.  Various types of get-together space, sprinkled throughout the facility, encourage casual work conversations, facilitate brainstorming sessions and reinforce productive, structured meetings.

Building Features: 

• 85% of construction waste diverted from landfill
• 28% of construction materials meet the recycled content criteria
• 20% of construction materials were extracted, harvested / recovered and manufactured within 500 miles of project.
• 76% of all new wood based products are FSC certified
• 98% of the regularly occupied spaces has direct line of sight to outdoor windows
• 46% reduction in water use.
