• Bachelor's degree in chemical or environmental engineering or a related scientific field

• Internship or post-college professional experience in industry, environmental agency, or environmental consulting

• Intrinsic motivation with a focus on client service and interest in a career in environmental consulting

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data systems

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
