Job Description - CESA Project Manager, Energy Storage: CESA is now seeking a Project Manager to work on energy storage-related projects involving state energy storage policy and program development, as well as energy storage project implementation. The successful applicant will contribute to the Energy Storage Technology Advancement Partnership (ESTAP), Energy Storage Policy for States Project, the Virginia Economically Disadvantaged Communities Energy Resilience Study, and the National Consortium for the Advancement of LDES (Long Duration Energy Storage) Technologies.
Location: CESA employees can choose to work remotely or in the Montpelier, VT office. A combination of remote and in-office work is also possible. Availability: This is a full-time position, with responsibilities commencing immediately upon selection of the most qualified candidate.
Position Description: The Project Manager will carry out research and administrative tasks related to CESA energy storage projects, and will manage specific aspects of those projects. Salary and Benefits: Anticipated starting salary is $52,000 - $59,000, depending upon qualifications. Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance with 10% employee cost contribution; life insurance; generous matching of retirement plan contributions; starting four-weeks paid time off; and paid sick days, parental leave, and holidays.
