Annual Party &

Leadership Awards

An evening of networking, merriment, and creating an equitable future.

The U.S. Green Building Council of West Michigan invited friends, members, and stakeholders to revel in all that was accomplished in 2023 at the Annual Party & Leadership Awards on December 5, 2023. This celebratory event was held at the LEED-certified CityFlatsHotel in the Ballroom. The night featured dinner, a keynote address by Dr. Brandy Brown, Chief Innovation Officer of Walker-Miller Energy Services, a guest speaker presentation by Alison Waske Sutter, Sustainability Manager for the City of Grand Rapids, and the 2023 Leadership Awards Ceremony.

The annual Leadership awardees exhibit a commitment to sustainable design, green building concepts, and innovation. We were thrilled to showcase their projects and share their stories during the annual ceremony.

We could not continue our mission or hold events such as this one without the contributions of our community members. If you find value in our organization please consider sponsoring or becoming a member. Visit usgbcwm.org/join
